Know Your Customer (KYC): Prior to the processing of any withdrawal, and at any point during your use of the Platform at WinMY21's discretion, you may be required to complete KYC verification. Documents typically required include: government-issued photo identification, proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time period specified will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality.
WinMY21 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and RHB Now. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
Deposits: The minimum single deposit is RM30. The maximum single deposit is RM30,000. WinMY21 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which WinMY21 accepts no liability. Deposit funds are credited to your Account upon confirmed receipt by our payment processors — typically instant for e-wallets and DuitNow.
Withdrawals: The minimum single withdrawal is RM50. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC clearance. Funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. The withdrawal processing timeframes are as follows:

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times on eligible games before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. Bonus Abuse: WinMY21 employs a range of detection methods to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; coordinated multi-account wagering; and exploitation of system errors. WinMY21 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to close Accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
General Bonus Conditions: Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred. WinMY21 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players are responsible for reading the specific terms of each promotion before opting in.

Bets once placed are final: With the exception of technically confirmed errors (see below), bets accepted by the platform are binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player after the event or game round has commenced.
Technical Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or platform failure during a game round or betting event, WinMY21 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the staked amount to the player's Account. This applies equally to errors that would result in a win or a loss for the player.
Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all game types and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the game interface and may be adjusted by WinMY21 at any time without prior notice.
Sports Betting: All sports bets are subject to the settlement rules of the relevant market. In the event of event cancellation, postponement, or suspension, WinMY21 will apply the settlement rules standard for that market type. Where official results are disputed, WinMY21's decision on settlement shall be final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the WinMY21 Platform. Breach of any of the prohibitions below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without our prior written consent.
The WinMY21 name, logo, and all related marks are trade marks of the Company. Use of these marks without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WinMY21 shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, WinMY21's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Closure by You: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting WinMY21 customer support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be paid out to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Closure by WinMY21: WinMY21 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, in the event of: actual or suspected breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification within a specified period; fraud, prohibited conduct, or abuse of the Platform; or a legal or regulatory requirement to do so.
In cases of closure for cause (including fraud or Terms breach), WinMY21 reserves the right to forfeit any balance in the Account and to seek recovery of damages where applicable. In cases of closure not related to player fault, any Real Money Balance will be returned in full.
WinMY21 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WinMY21 holds its international gaming licence.
